General provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter - referred to as "the Rules") of the rules of purchase and sale of goods in the Babybee.lt (hereinafter referred to as "the Shop") establish the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and the Babybee Products (the "Products") in the children's goods store.
  The shop operates only in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
  The right to make purchases in the Shop is granted to natural and legal persons, who may conclude purchase-sale transactions in accordance with the effective legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

The moment of conclusion of the contract of sale

The Purchase and Sales Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment the Buyer has selected the Goods and formed the Shopping Cart, indicated the delivery method and if necessary the delivery address and other data, with the Rules and ticking the checkbox next to the statement "I have read and accept the rules of purchase and sale of goods in the online store Babybee.lt), presses the" Confirm Order "button and receives an order confirmation message.
  Each contract made between Buyer and Seller is stored in Seller's database.

Buyer rights

The Buyer has the right to purchase the Goods in the Store in accordance with these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
    The Buyer may purchase the Goods at the Store at any time of the day.

  The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Goods Purchase and Sales Agreement with the Seller by giving written notice (specifying the Goods to be returned and the order or invoice number in the Store) to the Seller within 14 business days of delivery of the Goods Entry into force of Council Directive 2011/83 / EU on consumer rights provisions, which was transposed into Lithuanian law on 19 December 2013 following the adoption by the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania of the amendments to the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

  In case of purchase and sale of goods the Buyer may use 3.3. of this Agreement, if the Goods have not been damaged or have not substantially changed in appearance.

Obligations of the Buyer

The Buyer undertakes to provide correct personal data in the registration form and, if necessary, to enter the delivery address and other details and to update them promptly in the event of changes.
  The Buyer undertakes to protect his / her login information to the Store, not to disclose it or to transfer it to third parties. In case of suspicion that the login details may have been obtained by another person, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller by the means of communication specified in the "Contact" section. If the services provided by the Shop are used by a third party who has logged in with the Buyer's data, the Seller shall treat him as the Buyer.
   The Buyer must pay for the Goods and their delivery, accept or take back the ordered Goods in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
    The Buyer must comply with other requirements set forth in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
  If the Buyer notices that the order form has been misidentified, the Seller must immediately inform the Seller. If the Buyer notices the error before receiving the e-mail confirming the dispatch of the goods, the Buyer should immediately inform the Seller by e-mail info@babybee.lt. The Buyer may also change the order of the goods prior to the dispatch of the goods by contacting the Seller by phone +370 68821022. If the error is noticed after the receipt of the e-mail confirming the dispatch of the goods, the goods shall be returned and replaced in accordance within the rule set in 9th point.

Seller Rights

The Seller shall be entitled to receive the Buyer Identifying Information specified in the Buyer Registration and Delivery Address Forms. In this case, the Buyer's personal data and other data related to the Buyer may only be used for the purposes of concluding and executing this Agreement.
   The Seller shall have the right, without notice, to restrict or suspend the Buyer's access to the Store or cancel the Buyer's registration if the Buyer harms or attempts to impair the operation or stable operation of the Store and violates its obligations.
   The Seller has the right to terminate the Shop temporarily or permanently without prior notice to the Buyer, but this does not relieve the Seller of its responsibility to execute the purchase and sale contracts already concluded.
If the Buyer, who has opted for prepayment by bank transfer or cash payment, as specified in clause 7.3.1. and 7.3.2, fails to pay or withdraw an unpaid order within 3 business days, the Seller shall be entitled to cancel its order without notifying the Buyer thereof.
  If the Buyer chooses cash payment as stated in clause 7.3.2. , the Seller shall contact the Buyer by the telephone indicated in the Order. If the Seller fails to contact the Buyer by phone within 3 business days, he has the right to cancel his order without notifying the Buyer.
   The Seller shall have the right to unilaterally change the prices of the Goods, to change the delivery prices of the Goods, to change the List of Products, to publish or terminate the promotions, to change the conditions of the shares without notice. All such modifications shall be effective from the time they are made, but shall not apply to contracts already concluded.
  The Seller reserves the right to edit, modify or supplement the Terms at any time, subject to the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
    The Seller has other rights provided in the Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Duties of the Seller

The Seller undertakes to enable the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the Store under the conditions set forth in the Rules.
  Upon the Buyer's request for the Goods to be delivered, the Seller shall deliver the Goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer under the conditions specified in Section 8 of the Rules.
  The Seller, due to important circumstances, is unable to deliver or deliver the ordered Goods to the Buyer, undertakes to offer the Buyer an analogous product or a product similar to its own, if the Buyer refuses to accept an analogue product or similar product, to return the money paid by the Buyer within 7 business days.
        The Seller must comply with other requirements set forth in the Rules or the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Prices of goods, payment methods and terms

The prices of the goods in the shop and in the order are in Euro with VAT.
     Product prices and discounts are valid as long as they are displayed in the Store.
    The Buyer shall pay for the Goods in one of the following ways:
        Bank transfer payment. Payment Purpose: The order number of the Store must be specified.
   Cash payment at the time of delivery of goods or collection of goods from the store in Kaunas.
  When settling 7.3.1. , the Buyer undertakes to pay for the Goods and the Delivery of the Goods within 3 business days of the receipt of the order confirmation notice, i.e. 2.1. of the contract of sale.If the Buyer fails to pay for the Goods and the Delivery of the Goods within this term and / or the Seller does not receive the money in his bank account, the Seller may consider that the Buyer has renounced the Purchase and Sale Agreement and in accordance with Clause 5.4. shall have the right to cancel the order.If payment (other than cash on delivery) is received by 12:00 am on a business day, that day will be counted as the first day of order execution. If the payment is received after 12 pm, then the first day of order and delivery is the next business day.
    The Buyer can always view their orders by clicking on the "Order Number" link in the "My Account" section of the Store. The Buyer may see his order, which indicates the order number, the quantity and price of the selected Goods, the delivery cost of the goods and the final amount "Total:" (including taxes) to be paid.

Delivery of goods

You can order online at any time of the day, any day of the week. When ordering goods you can choose the most convenient way of delivery:
  Home delivery by courier *. Delivery within 1-2 business days.
    You can pick up the ordered goods yourself and pay no shipping fee. When ordering the goods, you need to note that you will pick up the goods yourself.
   The goods will be dispatched the next day after the payment for the goods is received to our account. On weekends and holidays there is no delivery.
    By signing the delivery receipt you acknowledge that the item is fit for purpose, free of transport or other mechanical damage. Therefore, each time you receive the goods, inspect the packaging for any damage or other mechanical or suspicious damage.
    Delivery on weekdays from 8am to 5pm.
   Guarantee of quality of goods and return of defective or bad quality goods.
   All goods sold in-store are warranted to be of the quality assured by the manufacturers or their agents. It may vary depending on the product. Please contact Babybee (Vaidoto st. 1, Kaunas) for repair of the goods during the warranty period and we will discuss the next steps for warranty service.
      Any new item purchased from our online store www.babybee.co.uk can be refunded and refunded within 14 days of receipt of the order, or exchanged for any other item other than shipping costs. Transport costs in case of return or exchange of goods are paid by Buyer.
  In the event of a return of a defective product and / or defective product, the Seller undertakes to pick up such goods and replace them with equivalent suitable goods. In the event that the Seller does not have similar goods, he shall refund to the Buyer the money paid for the item (s). Worn, used or damaged goods are not returned.
   Goods that are being replaced or returned must meet the following criteria:
        Make sure all labels are attached before sending the item to us;
The returned item must be in its original neat packaging;
        The Product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
        The product must be preserved in its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, unopened protective films, etc.);
        The returned item must be in the same set as received by the Buyer;
  www.babybee.lt, upon receipt of a replacement or returned item, undertakes to inform the customer within 7 days whether the item met the return / replacement criteria. If the returned / replaced item meets these criteria, we undertake to replace the item or refund the money paid for it within 14 days of receipt of the replaced / returned item.
All product features sold at www.babybee.com are listed collectively in the item description for each item.
    The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online store may not fully correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer, and the Seller is not responsible.
 Warranty and returns do not apply to natural wear and tear.
